Chargeback Policy
Payment disputes, what happens if a chargeback is filed, and how to reach Edmond first.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Contact Edmond before you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer. Most billing, access, and technical issues can be resolved here. Filing a chargeback after the service has been delivered is a violation of our Terms.
What a chargeback is
A chargeback is when you ask your bank or card issuer to reverse a payment you made to Edmond Trader Funding (evaluation, reset, Instant Funded, or PRO activation fees).
Edmond is a simulated, educational program. Access is delivered when your account is created and you can log in, connect a platform, and trade. Fees are non-refundable once that access is provided. See Terms §7 Refund Policy.
Ask us first
Email support@edmondtraderfunding.com, use the form on the Help Center, or call 540-369-2512 (VA Office).
Include your Edmond login email, the last four digits of the card if you have them, and what went wrong. We will look at the payment and the account before you involve the bank.
If a chargeback is filed
- Edmond may freeze every evaluation, Instant, and PRO account on that user profile, without further notice, while the case is open.
- We may refuse later purchases and new accounts from that person.
- We contest illegitimate claims with the payment processor. We keep checkout records, login and platform-access logs, and account history for that purpose.
- Each case is reviewed by Edmond staff before a final decision. A freeze is not always a permanent ban; a confirmed bad-faith chargeback can close accounts and bar future use of the site.
- Bad-faith chargebacks are also listed under Prohibited Activities.
What this is not
This page is about reversing a fee you paid Edmond. It is not the path to appeal a denied trader payout. Use Request a Payout for that.
